Past about twenty dishes the job changes shape — it needs one consistent look across a section, a pass over the weakest source photos, and someone telling you which dishes to re-shoot rather than rescue.
We price that on the menu itself: how many dishes, how usable the photos are, how many looks you want. It isn't a shelf price, so send the list and you get a real number back rather than a range.
